The holder of all shares of ENERGA Kogeneracja Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (the Heat and Power Plant Elbląg LLC) is ENERGA SA .
The authorities of the company are:

The Supervisory Board consists of three members, one of them is chosen by the company’s employees.
