We kindly inform that the Heat and Power Plant Elbląg owns the Regulations on granting orders at the Heat and Power Plant Elbląg LLC.
The regulations include granting all kinds of orders, to which the Act of 29th January 2004 on Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws no. 19, item 177, as amended) does not apply.
All kinds of deliveries, services and construction works performed by the Heat and Power Plant Elbląg LLC in Elbląg, are held on the basis of procedures defined in:

act of Civil Code of 23rd April 1964 (Journal of Laws no. 16, item 93 of 1964, as amended) as well as internal regulations of the Heat and Power Plant Elbląg LLC.
